At Spiralkart, every bracelet is handmade using natural gemstones and crystals, and we want you to love your piece while understanding what makes it special — including the small variations that come with working with nature. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, with the lab certification card (where applicable) included. Custom or made-to-order bracelets are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

Because each gemstone and crystal is a product of nature, minor variations in colour, pattern, size, or inclusions compared to product photos are normal and do not qualify as defects — this is part of what makes your piece one of a kind. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos or video of the issue, and photos of the packaging if it was damaged in transit. We will offer a replacement or full refund for verified cases at no additional cost to you.

If you have concerns about the authenticity or certification of a gemstone, please reach out to us first at spiralkart2026@gmail.com — we work with recognized gemological labs and are happy to assist with verification before any return is processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status, and approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method, or as store credit if you prefer. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI, since we cannot refund to a payment method that was never charged — please share your bank or UPI details when requesting a COD refund.

Please note that worn or used items, items without original packaging, custom or made-to-order pieces (unless defective), and sale or clearance items are nonreturnable unless stated otherwise. Kindly provide photos within 48 hours. For any return or refund query, reach out to us at Spiralkart2026@gmail.com
