Shipping policy

Since each bracelet at Spiralkart is handmade, please allow [1–3] business days for order processing before dispatch; custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time, which will be communicated at checkout or via order confirmation. We currently ship across India.

Delivery typically takes [3–5] business days for metro cities and [5–8] business days for other locations after dispatch, though these timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Shipping is free on orders above ₹999, while orders below that threshold carry a flat shipping fee of ₹ 999. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders up to ₹999 / across India.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via spiralkart2026@gmail.com to monitor your delivery status. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at spiralkart2026@gmail.com with your order number, and we will investigate with our courier partner. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
